To strengthen the regional economy and, of course, to foster our own young talent, we established our training and education department in 2018 and immediately welcomed our first trainee.
In the future, this division will become closely aligned with our company philosophy as a means of discovering and nurturing young talent. To further demonstrate our commitment, several of our employees will also take on additional social responsibility by supporting the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Hannover) as voluntary examiners on the respective examination boards starting in 2019.
